Eden cleaning Services Ltd is a London based family company with a complete different approach in providing high level of quality cleaning services. We aim to build our reputation for excellence and consistency through meeting our clients’ needs.
Our approach
Eden Cleaning Services strives to provide superior routine cleaning services on a high standards basis including those commonly overlooked by basic cleaning companies. Many of those areas are included in our standard service package with no additional charge; this is why we are sure that you will notice the difference in the way your building is being presented.
Our history
Paul, our Director knows exactly what it takes to maintain a client’s premises clean, he has the experience of 24 years working in the cleaning industry, his first job was cleaning communal areas in a residential building in Edgware road back in 1994, since then he had worked as area/operations cleaning manager for different contractors before forming Eden Cleaning Services Ltd in 2016.
He really takes pride on cleaning!
Technology and management
Our managers are equipped with iPad or iPhone devices and these enable them to carry out quality audits either with our clients or on their own.
These units have the ability to automatically send out copies of the audits that are undertaken.
Service review meetings are scheduled at the frequency requested by the client.
Our team
Our Team is our most important asset and as such we rigorously follow the training levels stipulated by the British Institute of Cleaning Science. We already operate a detailed induction program where we take employees through a series of steps learning about cleaning skills, security procedures, health and safety.
All our staff are checked to ensure they can work in the UK, all documentation has to be obtained/satisfied before they are employed.
